RENTAL PLANS - GOLD & PLATINUM Packages

Car insurance in the USA is essential and it is important to ensure you are fully covered. At Golden America we feel very strongly about ensuring that when our holidaymakers travel they are safe in the knowledge that they have good cover. Therefore we offer the opportunity to pre-purchase car hire insurance which will provide better savings than if you were to buy it locally. We offer two plans, they both include full insurance cover but the PLATINUM Package upgrade allows you to have up to a total of 3 additional named drivers (aged 25 or over) plus the first tank of fuel included.

GOLD & PLATINUM Package Inclusions and extras payable locally (Orlando and California only).

Both plans include Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver, $1 million Liability Cover, Sales and State Tax, Surcharges and Airport fees.

Orlando International Airport (MCO ), charges a Customer Facility fee of $12.50 plus tax and California Tourism levies a tax of 2.5% . Both this extra charges must be paid on arrival when collecting the vehicle.

The PLATINUM Package, is available at a supplement ranging from £30 to £37 per week dependent on vehicle grade and £7 to £8 per additional days and also includes up to 4 drivers (25 years or over) and the first tank of fuel. (See link at bottom of page for full details of terms and conditions).

GPS RENTALS- Why not pre-book a Sat Nav for the duration of your holiday and save the worry of having to read road maps to find your destination. Rentals are available (for all vehicle types)at a supplement of £37 per week or £8 per additional days.

YOUNG DRIVER Package- Based on the GOLD Package prices , by paying a supplement of £75 per week and £16 per extra days, you can book one driver 21-24 years of age plus a further 3 additional drivers over the age of 25 and the first tank of fuel . Please note that the young driver must be the lead name on the contract.
